Returns & Exchanges



If you wish to return an item you may do so with traceable mail via the Post Office.

During COVID-19 email

It is important to retain a receipt with your tracking number as proof of postage.

If you would prefer to use a different courier service, please contact us at before sending the item back, so that we can provide you with an alternative mailing address.


– Send your returns to us within 30 days of receipt.
– Complete the returns form included in your package listing the item(s) you would like to return and the reason   why.
– You will be notified by e-mail when your return has been received and processed.

All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and with all LÉO & I garment tags and labels still attached.

Our LÉO & I branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is also to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.


Once your return has been checked and accepted by LÉO & I, the relevant refund amount will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the item(s), less any return shipping charges, taxes or import duties incurred within 28 days of us receiving your returned item. Returns outside of this time frame may be accepted at the sole discretion of LÉO & I but may only be refunded as store credit.


Should you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a refund within the policy and purchase the new item separately. Shipping costs are charged on the replacement item, as are any relevant import duties and tax charges that may apply.


Goods are considered to be faulty if they are received damaged or when manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. For further information please contact .
