If your shopping order exceeds our stated delivery price due to the delivery address being in a remote area, or if your package exceeds 2kg, we may be required to apply an additional charge to your account.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order (if accepted) subject to payment and stock availability. Our office hours for shipping are 9:00-12:00 (UK time), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). If an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible. We do not accept any liability for failure to dispatch items within this time frame.
Your purchase is insured by us until it is delivered. Once confirmation or receipt of delivery has been verified by means of signature, the responsibility lies with you the recipient. Should the package be signed for by a third party (whether given authority or not to do so), responsibility is transferred to the customer in the same way.
All orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to check with your local customs office to determine costings before placing your order.
In the event of an item being available for Pre-Order, you will receive an additional email from the Customer Services team to confirm your order details and to advise of the expected delivery dates.
Please note that any item that is pre-ordered upon request can only be exchanged or offered a credit note if returned.
